Put all three days on your shopping cart (or just one of two days)
View your cart (click the cart symbole and then the button ‘View my cart’)
Click ‘Ad a coupon’ and type the coupon code ‘3days’ in the field
Apply the code and proceed to check out
Use your personal e-mail address; an account is created and a password confirmation e-mail will be send

On the day you want to watch the live stream, click the URL that ‘ll find in your confirmation e-mail
You ‘ll be redirected to the on our website where the live stream will be available once we are live
If your are not see the stream box, please remember you must be logged in on our website to view your personally purchased live stream
You can test it in advance if you want while we present you “We are not live at this moment” untill we are live.

Refunds

Only untill the 21th of March 2025 we ‘ll give refunds. Send an e-mail to info@schaapshonden.nl before the 20th of March 2025 23:59. Once your e-mail is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Hoe kijk je?

Klik op de dag dat je de livestream wilt bekijken op de URL die je in je bevestigingsmail vindt
Je wordt doorgestuurd naar de website waar de livestream beschikbaar zal zijn zodra het evenement live is
Als je het streamvak niet ziet, vergeet dan niet dat je op onze website moet zijn ingelogd om je persoonlijk gekochte livestream te kunnen bekijken.
Je kunt het van tevoren testen als je wilt, terwijl we je “We are not live at this moment” presenteren totdat we echt live zijn.

Restituties

Alleen tot 21 maart 2025 geven we restituties. Stuur een e-mail naar info@schaapshonden.nl vóór 20 maart 2025 23:59. Zodra uw e-mail is ontvangen en gecontroleerd, sturen we u een e-mail om u te laten weten dat we uw verzoek om restitutie hebben ontvangen. We laten u ook weten of uw restitutie is goedgekeurd of afgewezen.

Als uw aanvraag is goedgekeurd, wordt uw restitutie verwerkt en wordt er binnen een bepaald aantal dagen automatisch een tegoed op uw creditcard of oorspronkelijke betaalmethode bijgeschreven.

Te late of ontbrekende restituties

Als u nog geen restitutie hebt ontvangen, controleer dan eerst uw bankrekening opnieuw.
Neem vervolgens contact op met uw creditcardmaatschappij, het kan enige tijd duren voordat uw restitutie officieel wordt geboekt.
Neem vervolgens contact op met uw bank. Er is vaak enige verwerkingstijd voordat een restitutie wordt geboekt.
Als u dit allemaal hebt gedaan en u nog steeds geen restitutie hebt ontvangen, neem dan contact met ons op via info@schaapshonden.nl
